W. Brent Virkus / President and CEO
Brent Virkus founded Triton Companies in 2002 as a real estate investment and development company. He is currently the companies President and CEO.
Since 2002, Brent has earned a reputation for recognizing opportunities where most others see insurmountable issues. Taking advantage of what others don’t see, he has developed a successful track record of transforming those opportunities into profitable developments.
Throughout the company’s growth, Brent has put together a highly experienced team of real estate professionals with expertise in all facets of the development process. Triton has developed and/or invested in real estate of all product types throughout the United States and Canada.
Prior to founding Triton Companies, Brent worked as an Investment Manager for UBS and Merrill Lynch. Over his ten plus years of managing investments, Brent developed significant contacts throughout Wall Street giving Triton a distinct advantage over other development companies.
Before joining the investment business with Merrill Lynch, Brent was an accountant with KPMG Consulting.
Brent is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
