Steve Fagan / Principal and Chairman of the Board
Steve is a Principal and Chairman of the Board and co-founder of TRiTON Companies.
Prior to co-founding TRiTON, Steve formed Namic Ltd (UK) in 1980. Namic was a UK software sales organization selling principally Compuware products.
Steve relocated to the Compuware head office in Michigan and became Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions from 1995 to 1997. During that time he reorganized the Enterprise Solution structure resulting in significantly higher shareholder returns.
In 1997 Steve was appointed Senior Vice President of the Professional Service division. From 1997 to 1999 he spearheaded significant growth. During this period, worldwide headcount increased from 2,800 to 7,700, revenue increased from $300M to $600M, and profitability increased from 10% to over 20%.
Steve returned to the UK in 1999 as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Relationships. He continued his role as liaison between Compuware's European management and senior customer contacts through the end of 2000.
