Stephen J. Rentz / Chief Operating Officer
Since joining TRiTON in 2004, Steve has been stewarding the company's portfolio of projects. He is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of TRiTON Companies as well as heading the Underwriting Group. This group scrutinizes literally hundreds of deals for opportunity, assesses their risk and predicts outcome. He only recommends opportunities that meet the company's stringent underwriting criteria and financial analysis.
Prior to joining TRiTON, Steve developed and owned multiple Tier One automotive supply companies supplying products and services to Ford, General Motors and Chrysler Corporation.
Steve is a Michigan State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
